Facebook is addictive. And so is any other online social networking platform. More or less all the surveys and research studies have begun to show that constantly growing number of people are using Facebook for more number of hours in a day than ever before. Such is the pull of Facebook that some people check their FB inbox messages, number of likes received, comments and shares as soon as they wake up in the morning. Despite all their tough resolutions -they just find themselves unable to go away from Facebook. Social networking sites give people a sense of confidence (howsoever virtual) and a sense of importance. This is the good side of online social networking -but when one become totally engrossed in this virtual world he begins to go away from the real one.
Human society is becoming increasingly digital. It is extremely important to stay in touch with natural stuff and reality. Keeping a good balance between your real and virtual life is the key to be a master of both the worlds. If you feel you have become addicted to Facebook, it is time to take some concrete actions to bring your life back on track.
