The whole world is watching YouTube! You’ll be surprised to know all those astronomical figures about YouTube (like number of videos, upload speed, videos being watched per second, most viewed videos etc.) Folks, YouTube is the new telly or let’s say the telly of new generation. YouTube India has added a “TV Shows” link in the top navigation bar. Clicking on the link –you will enter the world of TV serials ranging from modern soap operas to classics like Chanakya, Karamchand, Junoon, Sai Baba, Katha Saagar, Shanti, Mitti Ke Rang and not to mention Ramayana of Ramanand Sagar, Mahabharata of BR Chopra and Shri Krishna again from the legendary Ramanand Sagar.
Indian TV shows are now available on YouTube
Most of the episodes from these serials were already available on YouTube. But now YouTube has organized them and therefore it’s much easier to reach and watch them. This is how you can find and watch Hindi TV serials on YouTube:
Go to YouTube… and scroll down to footer.
There make sure that the India content is selected.
If so, you will see the “TV Shows” link on top bar near search box.
Go to TV Shows option and enjoy your favorite TV serial.
If you prefer to download these YouTube videos, there are plenty of options available. However, it may be deemed illegal to download videos from YouTube.
As you must have already known, before putting TV shows online –YouTube had online put hundreds of full length Hindi movies as well. The link to the movie section is available adjacent to the TV Shows link.
